Don't miss this chance to enrich your holiday spirit and celebrate the wonders of Nordic holiday traditions! Nordic baking typically involves wheat flour and nuts, especially hazelnuts and almonds. Dietary accommodations for recipes made by participants during the program may be limited. Meals and snacks prepared by the Culinary Arts staff will be prepared in accordance to dietary restrictions that are indicated on your health forms at the time of your registration.
