With programs for youth and adults, you can advance and practice your language no matter your age or experience. Weekly classes, conversation hours, short workshops and private tutoring available.
Note: Virtual programs are currently limited to Spanish only.
Virtual Classes offer a real-time interactive small group setting for language and cultural learning. These hands-on experiences follow a roadmap for six weeks and take villagers on a journey to increased language proficiency. Asynchronous activities to complete independently are included.
All language levels are welcome. Age ranges vary by session, and where possible, participants will be grouped by similar proficiency level and age.
Classes meet twice per week for one hour over Zoom.
Conversation Classes are designed to help you practice and improve your speaking skills with native speakers. These interactive sessions provide a fun and engaging way to enhance your fluency, build confidence, and explore cultures from the comfort of your home. Perfect for learners at various levels who want to connect and communicate in their target language.
All language levels are welcome. Where possible, participants will be grouped by similar proficiency level and age. Staff to villager ratio of 1:6, on average.
Conversation Classes meet for one hour weekly over zoom.
Virtual Workshop are short programs designed to teach new skills and enhance knowledge of global communities with focus on specific topics, skills and activities. Workshops can range from single-session activities to multi-session series focused on learning a new art or skill.
When you join one of our new Virtual Workshops, you'll come away with practical knowledge that goes beyond basic language learning.
Virtual Workshops are open to students ages 16 to Adult (may vary by session) and typically meet one time only over Zoom. See individual session descriptions for information specific to each class.
Accelerate your learning with direct, customizable one-to-one lessons with our expert educators. We'll work with you to fit your schedule and develop a learning plan to meet your goals.
Tutoring is open to ages 10 and up and requires a two-hour minimum commitment. Each session will be one hour, held over Zoom.
