Join us for an intensive, immersive week of German language learning, cultural experiences, food and film, and a warm and welcoming community of life-long learners! Many of you have German heritage as part of your family story. Some of you have traveled abroad and have come to appreciate things German. Others follow current global politics, culture, and literature. With a native-speaking community of over 100 million people in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and around the world, and with outsized commercial strength and role in global leadership, knowing German is valuable in today’s world. Our theme for 2026 is “Fussball Weltmeisterschaften.” With the soccer World Cup taking place in the USA in ’26, we’ll look at the importance of “Fussball" in post-war Germany, along with some history and soccer fan culture. Maybe you are already a supporter of one of the Bundesliga teams! We are all on different proficiency levels, but we share a common passion for always going deeper in our skill and knowledge. There is a place for you at Waldsee Erwachsenenwoche / Adult Week. Beginners through Advanced. Register now! Signing up early helps us in our planning and enhances the quality of our week together.
