Dual Credit
The Dual Credit language program gives motivated high school students the chance to earn one full year of high school language credit and one year of college language credit from Concordia College — in just four weeks! This gives students a head start on college requirements while accelerating their high school progress. Current options are Spanish and French.

This program takes place at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, where students stay in a residence hall and explore campus life. Learning is hands-on and immersive, bringing the spirit of the Language Villages to life through interactive lessons, community activities, and games.

How Dual Credit Works
Participation in dual credit programs is not automatic and requires an application and approval.
1. Students submit an application to Concordia Language Villages.
2. Applications are reviewed for eligibility and program fit.
3. Approved students receive confirmation and next steps for enrollment.
Final participation may require approval from the student’s school or district
In addition to our Dual Credit Programs, Concordia Language Villages also offers High School Credit programs in 14 languages and is now offering College Credit programs for older students and young professionals.

Unfortunately, at this time, there are no scholarships available for college student programming. Limited scholarships for certain languages and high school programs, which may also be applied to dual credit programs may be available.

No. While the program will not require a computer, you may choose to bring one. The College has a limited number of laptops that can be checked out, and there are a number of computers available across campus that can be used.
