Wind down after the busy summer season with an energizing wellness retreat designed for you. Set in the peaceful, lakeside setting of our Russian village, this experience invites you to recharge and reconnect. Enjoy a balanced mix of movement including yoga, dance, mindfulness, outdoor activities like archery, nature walks, art and cooking activities as well as meaningful conversation and connections through sauna sessions and games. Meals are thoughtfully prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients that reflect the essence of fall. You can expect colorful dishes that highlight fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, all crafted to support both energy and overall wellbeing. From sunrise reflection to laughter-filled afternoons, each moment is designed to uplift and inspire. Whether you come to unwind, build community, or refocus your goals, you’ll find space to do it here. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to greet the fall and winter season with clarity and purpose. Friday — Arrival & Unwinding Arrival: 5–6 p.m. Settle in, enjoy a light welcome, dinner and a relaxed evening with options for yoga, sauna, games, journaling or a campfire. Saturday — Restore & Reconnect Full day of programming and free time Enjoy gentle movement, nourishing meals, self-care and wellness workshops, creative activities, time in nature and plenty of opportunities to rest and recharge. Evening options include conversation, games, sauna and a campfire. Sunday — Reflect & Depart Departure: 1:30 p.m. Begin the day with gentle movement, breakfast, wellness activities, lunch and a final group gathering before departure. Standard price: $375

Overnight family weeks and weekends are a great way to spend time together, discover new international foods, play games, make crafts, enjoy music and take part in some old-fashioned outdoor fun. And while you’re all busy having such a good time, together you’ll experience the wonder of speaking a new language through our fun and natural immersion environment. Invite friends, aunts, uncles and grandparents—or whatever family means to you! Please note that we have opened this Family Program to adults who wish to attend without minor children. Interested adults may register and pay the adult rate. All program participants, whether they attend with children or not, will participate in the same program schedule. Japanese language learners of all ages are welcome!
