Head Chef
Lead the culinary operation and help create a positive, efficient kitchen environment. Bring your culinary expertise to a setting where food plays an important role in the cultural experience.
Kitchen Manager
Help lead the daily operations of a busy kitchen and support a team that brings people together through food. As Kitchen Manager, you’ll play an important role in creating an organized, welcoming kitchen environment and ensuring meals are part of the memorable experience at Concordia Language Villages.
Lead Cook
Put your cooking skills to work as part of a collaborative culinary team. Help prepare meals that keep participants energized and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere of the village.
Assistant Cook
Build your experience in a team-oriented kitchen while helping prepare and serve meals for our village communities. Be part of the behind-the-scenes work that makes each day possible.
Current Hiring Incentives
We’re currently offering a recruitment and retention incentive for eligible full-time culinary staff in the Culinary Arts Department (CAD).
Eligible new hires may receive up to $1,500 in incentive payments during their first year.
Payments are scheduled at three milestones:
- $250 after 30 days
- $500 after six months
- $750 after one year

Short-Term Residential Culinary Staff
Earn up to $1,000 per week, plus free lodging and meals.
