Tempt your taste buds with familiar fare like enchiladas and tacos, as well as foods you may not have had before, like asado argentino (Argentine barbecue) or pollo al ajo. At El Lago del Bosque, you’ll get to know the Spanish-speaking world through its music, from singing Spanish songs to learning traditional dances like la salsa and el tango. A popular pasatiempos is the line dance, where villagers dance to modern songs from Latin America and Spain.

Every session provides the opportunity to use Spanish language while participating in activities such as canto (singing), telenovela (the Village soap opera) and la fogata (campfire). Other cultural activities include periodismo (journalism), culinaria (cooking), and arte. There’s always something for you to enjoy.
