French Academic Year Virtual High School Credit | Concordia Language Villages

French Fall-Spring Virtual High School Credit | Grades 9-12

When joining us for a French Virtual Village high school credit program during the Fall and Spring, villagers get to bring the Villages to their own neck of the woods.

Our year-long, fall and spring semester options follow the same schedule format:

In the semester programs, villagers and their school will receive an official transcript for the semester that includes a grade for the semester, the grade components, a narrative evaluation, a course syllabi of content and their completed learning portfolio of the semester. The program runs for 12 weeks, with five hours of synchronous learning and approximately two and a half asynchronous hours (independent work) per week. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 - 8 p.m. Central, with a 30-minute break.

In the year-long option, villagers receive a mid-year grade and an official transcript at the end of the course with all of the above for your school to review. The program follows the same schedule as the semester course and runs for 24 weeks.

Concordia Language Villages is excited to offer participants new opportunities to begin or continue their adventure in language and cultural learning. Experience fun, interactive language learning and cultural activities — all from home. The four precepts of the CLVway will continue to be the backbone of your immersion experience.
