At Camp

  • Each Language Village will be its own closed bubble (sorry, no visitors allowed this year)
  • We will maximize outdoor activities with outdoor dining and classrooms
  • For the first two weeks, all participants will be assigned to a small family group or cohort. This small family group will interact, live and eat together. Masks and distancing will be required during much of this time (meals, sleep and water activities excluded). Larger group activities will take place outdoors and appropriately distanced.
  • Two rounds of COVID-19 testing will be conducted onsite between Days 5 and 10

Return

  • To protect everyone, we will have virtual closing ceremonies
  • Pre-scheduled pick-up time windows as designated in your Dean Welcome Letter
  • We encourage a cautious and thoughtful return to any vulnerable family members
  • We ask for prompt notification if any child tests positive within ten days of leaving camp
