Villagers ages 8-13 or 14-18 have the opportunity to take their Spanish language learning one step further. These classes can help students progress in their independent study of Spanish, or supplement school courses when there are conflicts in scheduling to help students continue to learn.
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m. Central (ages 8-13) or 6:30-7:30 p.m. Central (ages 14-18).
Spanish Virtual Village Classes offer an academic experience in a real-time interactive small group setting. Villagers experience language and cultural learning as a hands-on journey to increase language proficiency, with a focus on comprehension and production. Asynchronous activities for villagers to complete at home will be provided to extend learning.
All language levels are welcome. Where possible, villagers will be grouped by similar proficiency and age. Staff to villager ratio of 1:7, on average.
