Serves 10

2 lbs - Asadero Cheese
½ lbs - Mexican Chorizo
Flour Tortillas

Melt the cheese in a crock pot on the lowest setting. Stir frequently to make sure it doesn’t burn. In a frying pan, cook the chorizo over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces with the spatula. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm gently in the oven. Before serving, place the crumbled chorizo over the melted cheese. Serve with a fork and the warm tortillas. Cheese is scooped out of the serving dish, into the tortillas, and then rolled up.
