Two-Week Youth Immersion | Ages 11-18
Concordia Language Villages will require all participants eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine to be fully vaccinated prior to arrival at a residential session, effective September 1, 2021. Read our vaccine FAQ for more information.
Your Swedish immersion experience will be different from every classroom experience you’ve ever had. Every activity is conducted in Swedish, providing an opportunity to learn more of the language within a cultural context. Students meet counselors and friends who will teach the Swedish of their everyday conversations, tailored to age and generation! In addition to spoken Swedish, you will also learn to read and write Swedish.
Two-week villagers gain and enhance language and culture skills through an immersion experience embedded in daily life that features games, sports, crafts, music and outdoor activities. Emphasis is on listening comprehension and speaking. Our two-week Youth Immersion program is for ages 11-18 and is open to all proficiency levels.
Whether you’re looking for an early introduction or an intensive language program, we’ll meet your level of language and help you to advance during your camp session.
