If you’re entering grades 9-12 in the fall, you won’t want to miss our four-week High School Credit program!  It’s a great way to improve your Portuguese, all while earning a year’s worth of high school credit that you can transfer back to your school – even if your school doesn’t offer Portuguese.

Villagers in credit-earning sessions gain an academic year’s worth of Portuguese language and culture skills through an immersion experience embedded in daily life, featuring a variety of cultural activities as well as formal study and assessment (minimum of 180 instructional hours; accredited by AdvancEd).

Emphasis is on literacy, speaking, and listening, and is open to all proficiency levels – helpful especially for getting ahead for college study abroad.
