Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for payment. We encourage you to pay your bill online using MyVillage. You may also call Concordia Language Villages Finance at (218) 299-4350 to pay your bill if you did not register online or if you prefer personal assistance.

When you provide a check as a payment to Concordia Language Villages, you authorize Concordia College either to use the information from your check to make a one-time fund transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When information from your check is used by Concordia College, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day you make your payment, and you may/may not receive your check back from your financial institution.
Billing statements for your family will be sent monthly via email or regular mail beginning in January. Separate charges will appear for registration and transportation. If you have made a payment or received a scholarship, it sometimes takes a few weeks to post to your account. All sessions must be paid in full by June 1.
Concordia Language Villages offers a monthly payment plan on all summer residential programs. If you'd like to elect this option, please select "Monthly Installments" as the billing preference when registering. The incremental payments will be deducted from your credit card automatically on or around the first day of every month until the balance is paid in full. If you've already registered and later wish to change your billing preference to monthly installments, please call our office: (800) 222-4750, ext. 5 or complete this form.
As noted previously, all summer program balances are due by June 1, so the final payment should occur before that date. If you elect a payment plan, we will use the same credit card used to pay the session deposit. If you would like to use a different credit card, please call our office at (800) 222-4750, ext. 5. There are no fees or interest charges for the payment plan, and it is provided as a convenience to spread the payments out over a period of time. Once your payment plan is setup, you will not receive a monthly invoice. The payment plan is designed for tuition fees only. Any transportation or other charges will be billed separately.
If your Villager has earned a scholarship it is important to know that they are awarded separately from the billing cycle, your registration fees are due independently. If you do, however, make a payment that exceeds your scholarship gift you will receive a refund.
