Applicants will be notified of their status by April 1, 2016. Awards will be applied to accounts after May 1, 2016. For more information on our scholarship program please go to our scholarship FAQ page

Language specific scholarship opportunties are posted on our additional scholarship opportunities page.  This page is updated as new scholarship opportunities become available.

Minnesota residents who qualify for free or reduced lunch should consider applying for the Minnesota Office of Higher Education Summer Enrichment Stipend.

Applicants wishing to apply by mail must submit a paper registration form, payment to cover the cost of the deposit, a Passport Fund application, and a copy of your most recent tax return reflecting your adjusted gross income. Applications must be postmarked by February 26, 2016.  Write your name on all documents, keep photocopies of everything you send us, and keep a record of the date you mail each item.  We strongly suggest that you use the online application process. It is easy to complete, you are able to see what has been completed and what needs to be finished.  We are able to send reminders to people who have not completed each form, allowing us to help you stay on task.
