Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid current driver’s license with good driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds 20 times daily
Experience with Mac and PC hardware and software installation and repair
MS Office 2000 experience (especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with multi-language applications and operating systems
Experience with variety of A/V equipment
Courteous demeanor
Excellent communications skills
Oral proficiency in a second language preferred
Responsibilities
Maintain computers and electronic equipment
Install and configure hardware and software
Maintain equipment database
Assist in providing tech support for Villages (phone and in person)
Assist in providing instruction to villagers and staff on technology issues (classes, one-on-one lessons)
