  • Go south on Highway 78
  • Turn right on County Road 108
  • Go 9.5 miles (you will pass through Dent)
  • Turn left at Beaver Dam Road
  • Go .6 mile
  • Turn left at wooden sign for Lakeside Camp onto Purlieu Road
  • Stay right as you approach Mori no Ike

From Pelican Rapids

  • Take County Road 108 east
  • Turn right at Beaver Dam Road
  • Go .6 mile

About Lakeside Camp

Lakeside Camp is a traditional summer camp built along the shores of Pine Lake.

Climate

Minnesota is typical of a continental climate. The North Woods of Minnesota experience the widest variety of weather in the United States. Each of the four seasons has its own distinct characteristics. Although summers are generally hot and humid, it is normal to experience rain showers, thunderstorms and cool nights. Summer temperatures average 85 F but can get down to 55 F, so keep that in mind while packing!
