During "Vår Värld," we reflect daily on a quote and then discuss it together.

Without using any words, the group had to do an activity.

Can you see the word "FRED" (peace)?

One of the morning activity groups is carving "smörknivar."

One of the choices for activities this morning was a nature walk.

Look who showed up on the trail!

Emilia and Magda work on painting signs for the new Sjölunden.

What have the studenter (credit students) been up to?

Anja and Emma show their project on Gamla Stan.

Elsa and Gerda show their project on Linköping.

Tina and her class

"Two of our credit teachers--Bäck and Tina.

Nils and Tyra practice fiol.

Lisbet is planning her dala-painting.

Britta, Axel, and Isak on their way to middag and our evening program afterwards.

Tonight's evening program was about taking a trip of "misadventures" in Sweden. Everyone needed a passport, ticket, and travel itinerary. Planned attractions included Liseberg Amusement Park in Göteborg, Ishotellet in Kiruna, meeting Samerna in Lappland, Skansen in Stockholm, Julbocken in Gävle.  Unfortunately, "misadventures" prevailed!

All passengers had their passports and tickets checked.

The "plane" from Bemidji to Stockholm filled up quickly!

Stefan and Marika had their passports and tickets ready.

Everyone awaited take-off.

Liseberg's famous rollercoaster, Kanon, didn't seem to work when we got there, so we had to pose for pictures with no roller coaster.  The misadventure begins!

And the julbock in Gävle was also missing.  Only a bit of straw was left!

The "misadventure" ended in Stockolm airport--once again to long lines and custom officials.

Fortunately, they served refreshments on the plane--water!

Ready for take-off to Bemidji!

Gävle Well, one thing did work--the Sky Mall magazine where passengers can "handla tax-free" had many items for sale, including clothing that looked a lot like items for sale in Sjölunden's butik!!  Hmmmm . . . .

Here are a few pictures from the Sky Mall magazine everyone received on board.

Who could resist purchases like these?
