Everyone is really excited for tonight's Melodifestival and, of course, because it is torsdag . . . and that means ärtsoppa (pea soup) and pannkakor (pancakes) for middag!

The long awaited Melodifestival is ready to begin. This is somewhat like American Idol in the U.S. Each stuga received a surprise CD today with their assigned song and lyrics. During free time, they were to meet in their stugor and plan a routine as they sang or lip synced the song.
