Christian Johnson is originally from Fargo, ND. He currently teaches high school French in Remer, MN, just thirty miles from Lac du Bois. He received his Bachelor of Arts in French Literature from Reed College in Portland, OR. During his bachelor’s studies, he spent one year studying at l’Université de Franche-Comté in Besançon, France. Before becoming a teacher, he did many things including owner/operator of a coffee bar, caretaker for mentally disabled adults, and school bus driver. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and looks forward to returning there in the future. He has even lived in Iceland. Christian started at Lac du Bois as a villager at the age of eleven. This is his ninth year on staff.
