France : Formerly known as “senior hill,” when Camp Holidy was an all-girls summer camp, la colline (the hill) of “La France” has eight of camp’s slightly older, smaller cabins, with a capacity of about six villagers and two monos (counselors) each.  Like the other cabins on site, the cabins on La France are simple and rustic with no electricity, but equipped with bunk beds and cupboards for the villagers’ belongings to make for a comfortable and cozy home away from home during the sessions.  The names of the cabins on France change from session to session, but they are always named after cities or villages in the country of France.
