What is Lac du Bois?

Lac du Bois is the French language village affiliated with Concordia Language Villages, which offers total immersion summer camps in 14 languages! At Lac du Bois, we speak French, we eat "à la Française," we have fun together - all in French!

 

Who can attend?

Villagers at Lac du Bois range in age from 7 to 18 years old. Villagers who are entering 9th through 12th grades can choose to come for a month-long session for high school credit. Whether you're a beginner or practically fluent, you are welcome at Lac du Bois!

 

When are the sessions?

Each summer, Lac du Bois Bemidji holds two credit sessions, five two-week sessions, and a one-week "Exploration Session" for the youngest villagers at the end of the summer. Please refer to the CLV website for an up-to-date schedule.
