Intensive English Program

the IEP students

The Intensive English Program is one session of 4 weeks for villagers from 15 to 18 years old--the IEP students. Some high schools give credit for completing the program. IEP students have the opportunity in class to read English books, share ideas with their classmates, and discuss different topics from different  times and cultures. Everyday the credits students have three hours of class in the Aspen, in the Manor, or outside, and three evenings a week they have study hall, instead of the evening program, when they can finish their homework. They also have tests and make a portfolio. Hopefully they don’t only study--they have special field trips that are fun and educational.
