Liv

Village Dean

This is Liv's first year as dean of ELV. She has an M.A. in educational administration and is working on Ph.D in the same field. She has worked at Sjolunden, Swedish Language Village, for four years. She speaks Swedish and French.

She enjoys traveling, running, climbing, and music.

She loves black licorice.

Kate

Assistant Dean

This is Kate's fourth year at ELV. She is a graduate student in TESOL in Monterey, California. She has studied German, Spanish, and Dutch and also studied Haitian Creole while teaching in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

She enjoys reading, jogging, traveling, and watching villagers chase squirrels.

Angel

Staff Counselor

This is Angel's second year at ELV. He has been teaching EFL, ESL, and ESP in Mexico and the United States for five years. He speaks Spanish, English, French, and Italian.

He enjoys reading, movies, dancing, and cooking.

He has a great laugh! His friends call him Chucky and Pollo.

Andrew Business Manager This is Andrew's first year with CLV. He speaks Spanish and a little bit of Japanese, but he is looking forward to learning more from the villagers. He has a hidden talent-- riding the unicycle while juggling!
Molly Molly is a crazy first year counselor at ELV. She has taught swimming lessons for the last three years, and loves working with kids. She enjoys golfing, swimming, and movies. She aspires to be a cowgirl.
Caitlin This is Caitlin's second year at ELV. She has studied extensively in Germany and has an interest in anthropology and culture. She enjoys singing, drawing, web design and is a fan of the Norwegian village. She loves to dance and laugh.
Julia This is Julia's second year at ELV. Before that, she was a villager at Waldsee. She enjoys swimming, drama, writing, and crafts. In her spare time she likes to read classic literature and teach Sunday School. Her favorite Disney movie is Tarzan.
Jack This is Jack's first year at ELV. He speaks French fluently, and a little of several other languages. He is a student at Macalester College. He plays music, runs cross country, and loves Frisbee. And don't be fooled; he showers twice a day.
Heather This is Heather's first year at ELV. She's been teaching English in Japan for the past three years. She likes photography and traveling. She can also do Kendo.
