Monday, July 15 – Staff welcomed villagers to ELV! It was exciting for villagers and counselors to meet each other at the border. Villagers were issued passports and asked to choose an American first name, which they then painted onto a nametag that they had designed. A long day of travel combined with intensive English meant that everyone was ready for bed early!
