Crédito (4 Semanas)

En el lago del Bosque Bemidji ofrecemos un programa de español intensivo en el cual los aldeanos tienen la posibilidad de obtener crédito  para la escuela secundaria y este es equivalente a un año de español en la misma. Nuestro programa está dividido en dos partes. La primera consiste de clases de estructura en las que los aldeanos aprenden la gramática y el uso de la lengua española. La segunda parte consiste de materias elegidas. Estas materias son ofrecidas por distintos profesores y entre ellas se encuentran las siguientes: Historia de México, Costumbres Argentinas, Vida al Aire Libre, Teatro, Fiestas Latinoamericanas, entre otras. Los aldeanos eligen 4 materias para todo el mes y en ellas no solo aprenden español sino que también adquieren conocimiento de otras culturas o de diferentes temas de actualidad. También los aldeanos participan de actividades culturales y deportivas como así también de canto, programas de noche, etc. Durante todo el mes los aldeanos se encuentran inmersos en un ambiente lleno de español y culturas hispánicas.

Credit Program (4 weeks)

At El Lago del Bosque Bemidji, we offer an intensive Spanish program in which the villagers have a chance to earn the equivalent of 1 year of high school credit. Our program is divided into two parts.  The first part consists of structure classes in which the villagers learn Spanish grammar and language use in context.  The second part consists of elective courses.  Offered by a number of different teachers from distinct cultures, the villagers can choose to take History of Mexico, Argentine Customs, Electronics or Graphic Design, to name a few.  The villagers may choose 4 courses to take throughout the month, and in these classes they not only learn Spanish, but they also gain knowledge of other cultures or different current events. The villagers also participate in different sports and cultural activities, as well as participating in singing songs, evening programs, etc.  Throughout the entire month, the villagers find themselves immersed in an environment full of Spanish and Hispanic culture.
