In 1997, Concordia Language Villages acquired an existing resort located near our other Village facilities on Turtle River Lake. The resort's cabins, already in excellent shape and very similar to the log cabin style so typical of small Russian villages, provided a perfect canvas for an architecturally authentic Russian Language Village.
In addition to providing an architecturally authentic Village for Lesnoe Ozero's premier Russian programs, this site will accommodate all of our adult programming in an international conference center.
Overview of Project
Phase One: Moskva: includes dining hall and kitchen, office (later to be used as a store), Red Square and landscaping, conversion of existing facility
Cost: $1,400,000 (complete)
Phase Two: Moskva: addition for international conference center including large and small group meeting spaces, lobby, reception area, offices, fireplace, lounge, high-speed DSL Internet and Wi-Fi, facility acquisition
Cost: $1,400,000
Phase Three: Moskva: addition for housing including 32 semi-private and private rooms with individual bath, study rooms and a lounge
Cost: $1,300,000
