All equipment is included. Conference tables with chairs, televisions, DVD players, LCD projectors, screens, easels, flip charts, CD players and microphones are available upon request. There is a $75 fee for technical services required before and/or during events.
Linens (sheets, pillow, blanket & towels) are available at an additional charge. The adult overnight rate assumes lodging in lower bunks. The youth overnight rate assumes lodging in both upper and lower bunks.
Minimums are 5 participants for a day reservation and 10 participants for an overnight reservation. The minimum rate for overnight in the Sun Lodge, Earth Lodge or Clearing is $800; for the Homestead it is $500.
Cancellations will result in a fee of $100 (or 10% of total, if more) if made less than 30 days in advance.
In consideration of everyone, Concordia Language Villages is pet, alcohol and drug-free environment. Smoking is not permitted inside as required by Minnesota Law. Smoking outside is limited to the designated smoking area.
