Meals are prepared by our professional chefs from fresh, wholesome ingredients. Your group can choose from variety of menus that reflect the international cuisines of the countries represented by the Language Villages. Imported cheeses and spices, in addition to local produce, make mealtimes healthy, authentic and tasty. Breads, pastries and desserts are always home-baked. Meals are enjoyed family style around the table in The Commons, our dining room in the trees.

Outings to near-by apple farms, vineyards and historic paddle boats can add additional enjoyment to your stay at The Forest. Nearby Stillwater, Minn. is a picturesque small town on the St. Croix River with boutiques, ice cream shops and hot air balloon rides to make any afternoon a special treat!
