Refund Policy September-May Programs 
A full refund less the deposit will be made for cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the start of the program.

Refund Policy June-August Programs
•Cancellations prior to May 1 will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.
•Cancellations between May 1 and May 31 will receive a refund of 50 percent of total tuition.
•Cancellations made between June 1 and noon (Central Time) on Friday before session begins will receive a refund of 25 percent of total tuition.
•Villagers who cancel after noon (Central time) on Friday prior to session beginning or who do not show on first day of the session will not receive a refund.
•After session begins, cancellations made due to uncontrollable circumstances (see Parent Handbook) will be given a prorated voucher based on 25 percent of total tuition and number of days the villager was in attendance.

Before you mail in your registration, make sure to include:
• completed registration form with the session number indicated
• scholarship application form, if applicable
• deposit check or credit card information

You’ve sent us your registration materials. What comes next?
Registrations are entered in the order in which they are received. If there’s space available, you’re in! We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as registration is confirmed or if we require any additional information.

Welcome Packet
You will receive a Welcome Packet containing Village passports, health forms, a transportation form, a packing list, and a Family Handbook with information about the Language Villages and our policies.
