Submit your answer to "Why Learn German?" in any form you like - notes, videos, collages, essays, photos, musical presentations - whatever fits your message and your mood.
Grand Prize: Two-week scholarship to Waldsee (3 winners)
Sponsors: This is a cooperative venture by the American Association of Teachers of German, the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the United States, Germany's Zentralstelle für das Auslandsschulwesen - Central Agency for German Schools Abroad and Concordia Language Villages.
Deadline: May 15, 2009
Eligibility: Ages 7-18
We will post entries on our Web sites and offer the top three winners a full two-week summer scholarship to Waldsee German Language Village. We will also send you a "Why Learn German?" Award from our organizations for participating.
