Arrival and Departure Times

Customs opens at 9 a.m.

Please arrive between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
Departures will be no later than 4 p.m.

Should your group need to arrive or depart at times other than those listed above, please consult with the program leader when making your reservation.

Tuition includes all instruction expenses, room and board.  Transportation is extra.

OVERNIGHT PROGRAMS

Customs opens at 9 a.m. on the first day of the program.
Please arrive between 9 and 9:30 a.m.
Departures will no later than 4 p.m. on the second day of the program.

Should your group need to arrive or depart at times other than those listed above, please consult with the program leader when making your reservation.

Tuition includes all instruction expenses, room and board.  Transportation is extra.

Day Program $25
Overnight Program $69

Should additional chaperones be accepted, each additional chaperone will be assessed a fee of $25 for a day program and $50 for an overnight program.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be reported in writing to the Bemidji Office.
• More than 14 days before the program: all payments, less the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
• Within 14 days before the program: 50 percent of the tuition will be refunded (transportation not refunded).
• The first day of the program: No payments will be refunded, unless notification is made to the Bemidji Office before noon.
• Transportation fees: fully refundable more than 14 days before the program. After that date, transportation fees are not refundable.

Weather-Related Cancellations
If Concordia Language Villages cancels the program, all payments will be refunded. If a group is unable to attend due to weather, all payments will be refunded, less a $7.50/person administrative fee and up to 50 percent of Concordia Language Villages charter transportation expenses.

Refunds will be processed after the session.
