High School Students Ages 14-18 (China only)

Each summer, a select group of high school students volunteer as activity leaders in China. Students have assisted teachers in the classroom with language lessons, arts and crafts projects, sports, games and night programs. Each high school-aged student needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Early Return Policy

Should a program have to return home early due to an unlikely State Department Travel Warning, it is likely that no funds will be recovered. The airfare is used to cover return flights and may have additional costs; hotels will not offer refunds on such short notice, etc. In such a case, Global Language Villages would issue a refund to participants only after all the non-recoverable funds and cancellation fees have been deducted from any recovered monies.

In short, we strive to be informed and prepared to assess risk, respond to emergencies, and take immediate and appropriate actions. We are committed to keeping you informed about international travel and welcome your questions and inquiries.
