Hometown: Language Immersion for Ages 10-18

Hometown is the name of Concordia's English Language Villages around the world. These international communities welcome young people from more than 30 countries who want to improve English language skills. All levels of English are welcome, including beginners. No matter where you live, you are welcome at any English Language Village.

HometownEvery day at Hometown is full of activities and creative ways to practice English while having fun and learning cultural norms in the English-speaking world. The counselors continually speak in English, and you will understand where to go, whom to talk to, and what comes next. That is immersion education — changing your surroundings completely and learning by doing.

From the minute you arrive, you’ll get to pick your own English name, create a new identity, and explore the world in a new way. All the activities, games, food, and entertainment will be in English.
