Now’s your chance to win a $200 scholarship for 2010 while helping Skogfjorden prosper in 2009!

Here’s what it takes:    

1. Get a friend who has never attended the Norwegian Language Village to sign up for our Village between now and the final session at Skogfjorden this summer.

2. Bring the name of the villager you recruited to your session and give it to Tove, the Skogfjorden dean, on opening day.

After Tove confirms that every person you successfully recruited in that time frame has enrolled between May 17 and mid-point of the session you attend (Wednesday for the one-week session, Sunday for the two-week session), you will receive a gift certificate for the kiosk or butikk.  In addition, your name will be put in a hat for the $200 scholarship drawing.  If you recruit one person, your name will go in the hat once, if you recruit 10 people, your name will go in the hat 10 times!

This initiative will help you have an even better time in 2010 while you’re giving someone else the opportunity to experience Skogfjorden for the first time!
