Meals at Lac du Bois

Our kitchen staff will tempt your taste buds with dishes from Switzerland, which often include lots of cheese and potatoes. They’ll delight you with couscous, a small semolina pasta that is popular in Northern Africa. Or, they might introduce you to some tasty dishes including yams or peanuts, typical of cuisine from Western Africa.
