Concordia Language Villages is excited to offer all participants new opportunities to begin or continue their adventure in language and cultural learning! Villagers of all ages can join us for one of our Family Virtual Village sessions — beginning to advanced language learners welcome! Experience fun, interactive language learning and cultural activities — all from home. The four precepts of the CLVway will continue to be the backbone of the immersion experience. It’s REAL language, REAL culture and REAL people. Whether online or in northern Minnesota, Concordia Language Villages is committed to inspiring courageous global citizens.
In Family Club, you and your family can share fun, hands-on learning adventures in your target language and culture. Enrollment is open to families of all ages (all you need is a minimum of one adult and one child). Uncles and aunts, nieces, nephews, everyone’s welcome — even your pup! Share an international experience without leaving home by solving a mystery or going on a scavenger hunt — all in your target language. Utilize a Family Club session to prepare for a trip to a country where your target language is spoken, learn more about family heritage or just have fun. We also offer family activities you can enjoy beyond our virtual sessions, like baking and art projects. Family Club meets once a week for six-week sessions throughout the year.
All language levels welcome. Staff to villager ratio of 1:6, on average. Sessions meet once per week for 60 minutes over Zoom; schedules are determined by each Virtual Village Club.
