One Last Night in Waldsee

Published: August 19, 2017

This morning, we said goodbye to almost everyone on site. Although we still have some two and four weekers around, the vast majority of our program these two weeks is made up by one week Familien (families) and villagers. So last night we wanted to celebrate them!

We started the celebrations off with a Bankett (banquet) for the Familien and Ts (one week villagers). We ate in Gänge (courses) and danced in between them!

After dinner, it was time for the Abendprogramm (evening program). We went with a Waldsee classic: Wildsaujagd (wild pig hunt). Usually we play this game where the Betreuer (counselors) are the pigs and the Kinder (kids) have to chase them. But this time, the parents played with! We had so much fun running around and getting covered in paint. What a great last night in Waldsee!
