Etienne, Mohammed and Thérèse had a wonderful time with the group from Central Middle School. We played a lot of fun games, cooked delicious Breton madeleines, and made beautiful collages with pictures of half-timbered houses in older Breton villages. The menu was exclusively from Brittany and featured a filet de poulet aux pommes sautées (Apple cider chicken with rice and apple sauté).
