Uchi Night

Published: December 13, 1901

Tonight everyone spent time with their uchis - "uchi" means home, and it's what we call our cabins.  First all the uchis made their own chants and performed their "uchi cheers" for everyone, then we toasted marshmallows!  Each uchi spent the rest of the evening together doing  variety of things, playing games or other activities and bonding.  It was a good, relaxing night and everyone recharged a bit from the business of the past few days. The week is going by so fast!  Let's all do our best for the rest of the week
