Every morning at Mori no Ike, we do exercises called rajio taiso! This activity is when everyone does simple stretches and dances to get the body moving to start the day!
In Japan, many people like to gather in their nearby park early each morning to do rajio taiso. Many companies also use rajio taiso to get their employees motivated and energized for the day ahead. While there are two common sets of exercises, we always start the day with Rajio Taiso Number One.
