Hoje em Mar e Floresta,
We are having a blast here at camp! Today was a full day of learning, games, activities, and as always, muito português!
Definitely, one of the best parts of the day was our Lusomania. Lilás explained us what Maracatu is and its importance in Brasil. Maracatu is a demonstration of Brazilian afrodescendant popular culture. We had a huge parade around the village!
Our evening program was full of energy. Our villagers took into account the importance of saving endangered animals. They were hunters and then protectors of the animals, they realized how hard it was to find these species and how critical it is to take action in this matter. Parabens!
We continued to watch our fabulous Novela! Everyone loves it!
Also, at the end of Novela, we had our Conselheiro misterioso. Tonight, Mateo and Ursula received her disco ball from Bruno and Andreza!
Once again, we had five brave villagers who did our challenge, 100% Portuguese. Parabens, meninos!
Finally, we enjoyed a magnificent sunset with a bonfire and s'mores. It was the best way to close a perfect day!
Now, it is time to rest and to prepare for another great day tomorrow.
Muito obrigado! Enjoy the pictures from today!
