Salut nos amis ! Yesterday was la Journée Internationale (International Day)! In the morning, we had three different villages come to our site to share a picnic style lunch; we hosted the Italian village, Lago del Bosco, the Spanish Cass Lake village, El Lago del Bosque, and the Russian village, Lesnoe Ozero. We loved getting to learn new words and cultural habits! Before, during, and after our picnic lunch, we also danced and sang songs...

Bonjour! Today, our theme was dinosaures! At breakfast, we met dinosaurs with different body shapes that made it difficult to eat. At lunch, Dr. Who travelled in time to the prehistoric era, and had to fend off dinosaurs by throwing our lunch food at them. At dinner, our resident archaeologists found dinosaur remains in our salle à manger (dining room) and identified them by the food that was in their stomachs (which also happened to be what we were eating for...
