An Evening in Morocco

Published: August 13, 2014

On Monday villagers traveled to Morocco. At dinner we enjoyed Tajine, a stew served atop a bed of rice originating in North Africa from the Berber people. You can see photos from supper on the Al-Wāḥa Instagram at http://instagram.com/clvalwaha. Tajine was a huge success and everyone enjoyed eating out of the Tajine pot which is ceramic dish with a flat base and a coned lid. The pot is beautifully painted.
