Last night’s evening program was a lot of fun for the whole village! We put on an Arab wedding and married two of our counselors. The villagers dressed up, the counselors wore traditional clothing, and everyone looked their best for the party of the session.
A few nights ago, our evening program had a musical theme!
On Friday night, we divided the villagers into their houses for the evening program to give them some extra time to get to know each other.
Each night we have a سهر الليالي, or evening program, that focuses on an aspect of Arab culture.
Our session got off to a great start on opening day, with 46 two-week and credit villagers stamping their passports and choosing an Arabic name to use at Al-Waha.
