Swedish Adult Virtual Discussion Circle | Concordia Language Villages

Sjölunden Virtual Conversation Hour | Ages 18+

Swedish Adult Virtual Conversation Hours offer a more relaxed language and cultural experience in a real-time interactive small group setting. You will take a cultural and linguistic journey through food, stories, historical recordings and so much more — all designed to increase your Swedish skills. Asynchronous activities for you to complete at home will be provided to extend learning.

Join long-time Swedish adult program director Viktoria for a series of discussions to learn more about typical Swedish concepts including lagom, allemansrätt, fika and more!

The texts will be provided to you upon registration. While discussing the text, we'll dive deeper into pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar topics. See you soon!

Staff to villager ratio of 1:8, on average. Session meets for six Wednesdays (beginner) or Thursdays (intermediate and advanced) from 7-8 p.m. over Zoom.
