For all adult programs during the academic year, the session deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited upon cancellation.
If cancellation is made 21 days or more in advance of the start of the program, a refund of the paid tuition will be given minus the non-refundable session deposit. Upon cancellation, all discounts will be forfeited.
If cancellation is made fewer than 21 days in advance of the start of the program, no refunds will be given. Villagers who do not report to a session will not receive a refund. No tuition adjustment is made for late arrival, early departure, absences or dismissal from camp.
Required Deposit
To secure a spot in one of our language immersion programs, a $100 deposit is required.
Corporate and Government Training Programs
Due to the custom nature of these programs, costs are assigned on a per program basis and are determined by the services provided and the size of the group.
